They are designed to protect oilfield equipment from deposits of inorganic salts, including sulfates, calcium and magnesium carbonates, barium sulfate, and iron compounds during oil extraction processes and treatment.

    is used to prevent deposits of calcium carbonate

    Application

    The inhibitor SNPKh-5311-T is very effective in preventing carbonate deposits throughout the oil production process. It provides protection of downhole equipment and surface oilfield equipment from salt scales, shows high antiscaling activity in heat exchangers of thermochemical oil dehydration and desalting plants, as well as in heat power systems, in industrial cooling systems and in water purification systems.

    The inhibitor SNPKh -5311-T is not corrosive for metal surface of oilfield equipment, it has low viscosity properties at minus temperatures.

    The inhibitor SNPKh-5312 is available in three grades: SNPKh -5312-S, SNPKh -5312-T, SNPKh -5312-T-1, which makes possible to select the reagent for specific conditions.

    Application

    Inhibitor SNPKh -5312-C is designed to protect wells and oilfield equipment from deposits of sulphate and calcium carbonate. It has good compatibility with high-salinity waters.

    Inhibitor SNPKh -5312-T, SNPKh -5312-T-1 prevents the deposits of sulfate and calcium carbonate, as well as barium sulfate.

    is designed to dissolve carbonate deposits admixed with sulphides and iron oxides

    Description

    SNPKh -53R is a composition consisting of mineral and organic acids and non-ionic surfactants in an aqueous medium.

    Depending on the conditions of use, SNPKh-53R is available in two grades: SNPKh -53R-01 and SNPKh -53R-01B.

    Application

    Solvent SNPKh-53R is designed for dissolving mineral deposits on the surface of well equipment, pipelines of the oil and water treatment and transportation system, as well as in heat and power equipment.

    SNPCH-53R has a high dissolution efficiency of carbonate deposits with an admixture of sulphides and iron oxides, and has a low corrosive aggressiveness.
