Corrosion inhibitors
Being continuously added, they are significantly slow down the corrosion of oil field equipment and pipelines. They can be used to suppress corrosion for water-circulating cycles in oil refining and metallurgical industries.
Certification. There are full sets of approval documents for all corrosion inhibitors: TEKCERT certificates, safety certificate, CU certificate of state registration.
Processing properties: kinematic viscosity of all corrosion inhibitors is not more than 20/sec (at), not above 500 /sec (at); the pour point for all corrosion inhibitors is not above .

CORROSION INHIBITOR SNPKH-6030
Application
Corrosion inhibitor SNPKh-6030 belongs to the class of water-soluble and oil-dispersible reagents and is used for the anticorrosive protection of oilfield equipment for oil collection systems and waste water disposal. It provides reliable protection in highly mineralized media containing H2S, CO2 and without them. It has a high aftereffect. It improves the rheological properties of oils.
The protective effect is 85-90% at specific flow rates of 25-30 g/m3.
SNPKh-6030 is produced in two brands: A and B.
Basic characteristics
Brand А B Mass fraction of active substance, % 30÷34 25÷35 Mass fraction of nitrogen, %, not less 0,10 0,13 The inhibitor is highly soluble in water, including mineralized water. According to toxicological properties, corrosion inhibitor SNPKh-6030 belongs to the 3rd class of hazard (moderately hazardous substances).

CORROSION INHIBITOR SNPKH -6201
SNPKh-6201 (grades A, B) is the oil-soluble water-dispersible corrosion inhibitor that does not contain organochlorine compounds. It’s effective in aggressive environments containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide.
The protective effect is 88-92% at rates of 20-30 g/m3.

CORROSION INHIBITOR SNPKH -6825
SNPKh-6825A is oil-soluble water-dispersible corrosion inhibitor. It shows a high anticorrosive effect in aggressive environments containing hydrogen sulphide.
SNPKh -6825B is water-soluble. SNPKh-6825 does not contain organochlorine compounds.
The protective effect is 85-90% at rates of 20-40 g/m3.

INHIBITOR OF CORROSION - BACTERICIDE SNPKH-6418
SNPKh-6418 is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor that has a bactericidal effect. The minimum bactericidal concentration is from 15 to 25 mg/dm3, depending on the types of sulfate-reducing bacteria. It’s effective in aggressive environments containing hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide.
The protective effect is above 87% at rates of 25-30 g/m3.
At the customer’s request, corrosion inhibitor SNPKh-6418 can be produced in the form of a concentrate (grade K).
